About Us
HEALTH & CARE FOUNDATION, (formerly known as Polio Foundation) was founded in 1987 by a handful of dedicated Doctors and like-minded persons to rehabilitate polio affected persons through corrective surgeries. Slowly the trust started working in other areas of health care activities for the needy people realising polio will be eradicated in India.
Today, the hospital actively runs various units for Paediatric and adult Orthopaedic services, Scoliosis corrective surgeries, Rehability for Cerebral Palsy and autistic children, Type-1 & type-2 diabetes management, Screening of breast & Cervical Cancer, full-fledged eye department (including Retinopathy of Prematurity), Dialysis, Pain Management, Dental department, Physiotherapy, Radiology, Pathological Laboratory and super speciality clinics.
